How do your items fit?

Will my items shrink?

While most items are a cotton/poly blend, allow for shrinkage of 5% just to be safe.

What if my online order does not fit?

If it is unworn and unwashed, bring it in with your receipt and we can exchange it for something that does fit.

Can I customize my order?

Yes, but it is best to come in for that. From a name or initials to something completely unique, we can make that happen. We just suggest you come in and have one of our staff go over with you all of the options.

Can I bring in my own items?

Yes. While we have thousands of items you can choose from, you are more than welcome to bring in a new or existing item to be personalized.

How long does embroidery take?

Our normal production time is up to 21 business days, depending on how busy we are. Please call for more specific timelines.
